Our service is a telephone support offer where residents can access tailored 1-2-1 support from a qualified Caseworker for up to 6 months.
There is a long list of support we can offer but main benefits include:

• Rapid access to treatment services such as physiotherapy, CBT and Health coaching (within 5 working days from assessment)
• A tailored return to work plan
• Health management support and guidance
• ongoing physical and mental health support
• Access to a wellbeing platform with content loaded to support for specific conditions
